This policy explains how Beautify collects, uses and protects your information when you use our app and website.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), profile content, bookings, orders, messages, reviews, posts, livestream chat, gifts and wallet activity. Creators also provide business and payout bank details. We collect basic device and usage data to keep the app working and secure.
How we use it
To run bookings, shopping, messaging and livestreams; process payments, refunds and creator payouts; send booking reminders and notifications; provide support; prevent fraud and enforce our Community Standards; and improve Beautify.
Payments
Card and WiPay payments are processed by our payment partners. Beautify does not store your full card details.
Sharing
We share only what is needed: with the provider or seller you book or buy from, payment processors, and service providers that help us run the app (hosting, video streaming, email and push). We may disclose information when required by law. We never sell your personal data.
Livestreams and posts
Livestreams are not recorded or stored. Posts, public profiles, reviews and live comments are visible to other users.
Connected accounts
If you connect Google Calendar or Instagram, we only use that access to sync your bookings or publish posts you choose. You can disconnect at any time.
Data retention and security
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes. Private files such as support attachments are stored privately and access is restricted.
Your choices and rights
You can view and edit your information in Settings, turn off notifications, and permanently delete your account from Settings at any time. You may also contact us to request a copy or correction of your data.
Children
Beautify is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will notify you of significant changes in the app.
