By using Beautify you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13, and 18 to sell, offer services or receive payouts.
Bookings and services
Providers are independent professionals responsible for the services they offer, including any licences required. Booking, cancellation and refund terms shown at checkout apply.
Shopping
Sellers are responsible for their products, descriptions and shipping. Counterfeit, unsafe or illegal products are not allowed. Refund requests follow each store's refund policy and our support process.
Gifts, wallet and payouts
Gifts are digital items sent to creators during livestreams and are non-refundable once sent, except where required by law. Wallet balances have no cash value for viewers. Creators receive their share of gift and sales revenue as shown in the Creator Center, less platform fees, and payouts are subject to review.
Platform fees
Beautify charges fees on bookings, sales and gifts as shown in your dashboard. Fees may change with notice.
Content and conduct
You keep ownership of content you post, and give Beautify a licence to display it in the app. You must follow our Community Standards and only use music and media you have rights to. Do not ask users to pay outside Beautify.
Livestreaming
Going live may require approval. We may end streams, remove content, restrict viewers or suspend broadcasting for violations.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Beautify is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Beautify is not liable for services or products provided by third-party providers and sellers, or for indirect losses.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
